Chris Bollinger is recognized as one of Sacramento’s rising stars in the Capitol community. With fifteen years of lobbying and consulting experience for a wide variety of corporate and political interests, Chris has demonstrated an ability to shape messaging and deliver convincing wins on his clients' behalf.
Bollinger Government Affairs (BGA) was launched in 2019 has quickly become one of Sacramento’s fastest growing lobbying shops representing clients across a variety of sectors including but not limited to: Building & Construction, Education, Energy, Manufacturing, Philanthropy, and Technology.
Chris previously ran State Government Affairs for Northrop Grumman Corporation. While at Northrop, he not only established and executed the company's policy objectives, but also directed political efforts to further the company's goals throughout the Western United States. As a representative of NGC, Chris sat on a number of Boards and Commissions including the Board of Directors at the California Manufacturers and Technology Association.
Prior to his stint at Northrop Grumman, Chris worked as a lobbyist at California Strategies & Advocacy. Notable clients included Accenture, Halliburton, the Hospital Corporation of America, and Pearson Education.
Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Communications from California State University, Sacramento. He also holds a Master’s Degree from the University of San Francisco. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in East Sacramento with their two sons, Cal and Charlie.
